Meeting once a week for 12 weeks, this new support group will offer a safe space for parents and carers to share experiences.

Participants will gain increased confidence to talk about mental health, to support young people engaging in behaviours including self-harm, and to reach out for support at times of crisis. 

The first 12 week online programme will begin on Monday 24th July 2023.
